How long does a quote take?
We reply within 1 business day of receiving your material list. The quote is prepared after we review the list, and we send it as soon as it is ready. Requests received on weekends or Turkish public holidays are handled on the next working day.
In what format can I send my material list?
Send your bill of quantities or material list in any format: Excel, PDF or a photo. Our specialist mechanical engineers correct missing or wrong items together with you.
Which products do you quote?
We quote these eight material groups: water supply, wastewater and drainage; heating installation; boilers, radiators and stainless flues; air conditioning and heat pumps; booster sets and pumps; sanitaryware and taps; seismic bracing and passive fire protection; smart home systems. We also quote other equipment and systems such as chillers, fire suppression and ventilation systems; for these, we agree the quotation time with you based on the project scope.
What do Economy, Standard and Premium mean?
We price the same list at three quality levels. You choose the level; on request, we present the alternatives side by side.
How is the material delivered?
We ship to your site with export packing and customs documents; freight is quoted as a separate line, EXW, FCA or DAP on request. We notify you of the shipment date by email.
Do you provide design and consulting services?
Yes. We provide engineering, design, supply and installation services, from seismic consulting to energy, fire safety and specialised mechanical systems, in Türkiye and abroad.
